Meet Our Physicians
Dr. Gregory Stanley, MD
Gregory M. Stanley, MD, MBA, FAAOS, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Columbia Gorge Surgery Center in The Dalles, Oregon. He earned his undergraduate degree from Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon, and his medical degree at Oregon Health Science University in Portland, Oregon. Dr. Stanley also completed an internship at Oregon Health Science University’s Department of Surgery in Portland, Oregon, and a residency in orthopedic surgery at the University of Missouri Truman Medical Center in Kansas City. He also completed a fellowship in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at Perth Orthopedic & Sports Medicine in West Perth, Australia. He’s affiliated with Cascade Orthopedics and Sports Medicine in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon.
Dr. John Willer, DO
Dr. John Willer specializes in Cataract Surgery at Columbia Gorge Surgery Center. He completed his ophthalmology residency at Grandview and Southview Hospitals in Dayton, Ohio, and was Board Certified by The American Osteopathic Board of Ophthalmology in 1998 and the American Board of Surgeons. He also performs YAG laser treatments, and iStent® insertions.
Dr. Willer has always been an active participant in his local community and globally. He has traveled worldwide for multiple medical mission trips to India, Guatemala, Ecuador, and Lebanon where he provided no-cost cataract surgery to hundreds of patients.
He is affiliated with Cascade Eye Center in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon.
Dr. Cameron McMahen, DPM
Dr. Cameron McMahen, DPM, AACFAS went to Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine where he graduated magna cum laude with his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in 2021. Dr. McMahen then completed his Podiatric Medicine and Surgery/Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery residency at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. McMahen is board qualified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgeons in foot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery and an Associate of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. He is affiliated with Cascade Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Center in The Dalles and Hood River, Oregon.
Dr. Francisco Castillo, MD
Dr. Castillo, MD is a fellowship trained cculoplactics surgeon at Columbia Gorge Surgery Center. He completed his ophthalmology residency at the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine, Rochester, MN, and his fellowship at the Wayne State University School of Medicine in Detroit, MI. He is affiliated with Eye Heath Northwest in Portland, Oregon.
